Gene's
Gene's Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealer. I bought a minivan from them, and without going into great detail, it's been nothing less than horrific trying to get the thing serviced. I have friends who are selling their Dodge's and switching to Ford's and Chevy's just so they no longer have to deal with Gene's.
How can they fix it? I have no idea. How do you fix a shattered vase? Don't EVER buy from Gene's!

take it somewhere else to fix it...
dont always rely on the dealership they are expensive anyways... try a local mechanic.

Wouldn't go there to have anything fixed.
