The Cookie Jar

What started out as a great little place to eat, is now on my list of restaurants to avoid. The service is extremely slow and the food, when it arrives 45 minutes later, is lukewarm. The Cookie Jar is a cute little place, but their food leaves much to be desired.

I agree

I used to love taking my family to the Cookie Jar, however the last three times I've been there have been very disappointing. The wait staff have been rude and disengaging the last several times as well. I would rather take my business somewhere else, untill they make some big changes at the cookie jar.

The Cookie Jar

Yes, I agree about the food. Often you can see that it is something they bought at Sam's Club! The quality has definitely gone downhill. It used to be good, but I don't go there now. However I have never had rude waiters or waitresses there.

Another peeve of mine is that they use shortening instead of butter in their cookies, which makes them taste like supermarket cookies. Yuck.
